OUR APPLICATION PERIOD IS CURRENTLY CLOSED
The first step in our program is to complete an application form during an open application period. A New Family Orientation meeting will give you the opportunity of learning more about the program, getting answers to your questions and obtaining help in how to complete the application form.
A completed application, with all supporting documentation, must be submitted for review. If your family qualifies to this point, home visits will be scheduled by our Family Selection Team.
If you are recommended to and approved by our Board of Directors, you will be assigned a Family Support Partner and can begin earning sweat equity. Support Partners keep in close contact with their family and monitor progress on sweat equity hours. They report any changes in the family’s status, such as address, employment, family size, etc., and assist families in their journey to homeownership.
